- Clear communication of exclusions and third-party costs.
Privacy, Data & Security
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
Retention periods, access and correction procedures are described in the Privacy Policy. Requests for access should follow the process in the Data Access section below.

Intellectual Property
All original materials created by Offerworld for clients remain IP as set out in contracts. Unless otherwise agreed, Offerworld retains portfolio rights to showcase work. Clients receive licences to use deliverables for their business purposes upon payment in full.
Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock media) are licensed separately and subject to their own licence terms; clients must comply with those licences.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
We aim to resolve disputes informally first. If a disagreement cannot be resolved by discussion within 14 days of notice, the parties may agree to mediation. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Victoria.
